Sphera was incorporated in 1990 to provide data entry services to private-sector corporations as well as provincial government ministries. Over the years, Sphera's attention to detail, ability to provide service above-and-beyond contractual requirements, and personal interest in making sure that all aspects of our operation proceed smoothly and efficiently has made us a favourite with all our clients.

Sphera sold its data entry department in the spring of 2007 and concentrated its resources in the exciting and expanding field of records management, drawing from its extensive project management, database operation, and electronic records experience. Since then Sphera's records management resources have been involved in both provincial government and municipal government records projects, and have worked not only with one of BC's top records classification designers but also cutting-edge local records management software vendors.
