You’ve been using Infolinx for a while now and want to expand it to include another business process – maybe you started with a records management system to track your physical files and now want to include some asset tracking (or vice versa), or maybe you have another legacy database system that you want to retire and need somewhere to put all the data (and some help getting it there).
An Infolinx project will typically start with a free one-hour discovery session in which we’ll go over the various project requirements, timelines, and desired outcomes. From there we’ll delve into more detailed discovery sessions, if necessary, including a look at any legacy data you wish to migrate. Once we have the data structure mostly finalized (we can always make adjustments during the testing phase), we’ll build your new Infolinx system

Whether you’ve purchase Infolinx from an authorized reseller or gone factory-direct, we are happy to provide fixed-price support for your application so you’ll be able to reach fully-qualified Infolinx techs anytime during normal business hours for unlimited email, phone, and remote support. And if you’ve purchased Infolinx from an authorized reseller, we’ll be happy to work with the reseller on a contractual basis to provide you with the support you need!
